At World Retech Inc., we recognize the importance of protecting our customers’ personally identifiable information (“personal information”). We are committed to safeguarding your data and have implemented the following measures as our corporate policy.

1. 1）We ensure the proper collection, use, disclosure, and retention of personal information. Gathering, using, or retaining personal data without the consent of the individual violates their rights and diminishes trust. Therefore, we maintain clear management policies and procedures. When collecting personal information, we state the purpose and provide our contact information, and only collect what is necessary. We do not disclose or provide personal information to third parties without the customer’s prior consent, unless required by law. When information is provided to subcontractors, we require them to sign confidentiality agreements and supervise them to ensure the appropriate handling of personal data.
2. 2）We implement security measures to prevent the loss, destruction, alteration, or unauthorized disclosure of personal information, including safeguards against unauthorized access and computer viruses.
3. 3）We comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding personal information, including the Personal Information Protection Act, and follow our internal rules and standards. We also provide ongoing education and training for all employees, including executives, to ensure understanding and compliance.
4. 4）We continuously improve our privacy protection practices and compliance programs to respond to changes in laws and society and to provide greater security for your data.

6. 6）With regard to the management and disposal of personal information in our custody: World Retech retains data such as names, phone numbers, and addresses, all of which are protected by restricted access (login ID and password per device). Personal information is used solely for business purposes—such as responding to repair inquiries and providing quotations—based on client requests. We do not use this data for unrelated purposes. If clients request the return of their personal information, we promptly return it in full. Information not requiring return is securely shredded or disposed of in accordance with company procedures.
